Whats good guys, glad you dropped by. My name is Dewa Harendran, 27, from Malaysia. I work as a marine engineer on board petroleum tankers and along the way, i have grown fond of bodybuilding and making a positive change to my body. Just like may, i too started with nothing; received tonnes of backlash and negativity but i fought my way to the top and thankfully opened up a door to winning the Singapore FIF ASIA trophy in open bodybuilding last September.
I guess not many understand why one would put him or herself through so much of turmoil, training for hours in the gym and dieting down to mere tilapia and asparagus for a body that is not at all permanent. Truth is, it all boils down to the simple question as to why do you do it? whats your purpose?I was not the most confident guy in school. I was bullied around , and i hardly spoke to girls and since i was in an all boys school it made it all worse.
If you are reading this and if you can relate, remember the only way you are going to pick yourself up is if you invest you time and energy in yourself. Read, push for that promotion at work, kick ass and save that money for that new piece of property you've been eyeing, anything which requires your full effort and attention for self improvement is the way to go, and in my case, i got jacked. I am in the best shape of my life and i am extremely happy with where i am at. i wake up with passion , all fired up ready to attack my preset goals for the day , and that is what bodybuilding/ fitness does to you, you will be motivated regardless of your surroundings, even when you are having the worst day, that physique you carry under your shirt is something that cant be taken away , its yours and is hard earned and that ladies and gentlemen, will brighten you up.
There's nothing to lose but gain when it comes to living a little healthier and staying in shape guys! life has been nothing but better ever since.Starting today, join me and begin to make little changes in your life , remember , it all begins with the first step.
